Wanted to give notice that a large-scale housing development is proposed for Garden Street.

The entrance would be directly across from our home at 10212, near 10201 Garden St.

It's about 300 acres, rezoning from Agriculture to Rural Residential (case #L-6136-26A).

We don't yet know how many homes are planned.
